PURPOSE: Pattern painting powder is provided wherein powder has the identical thermal expansion coefficient as the finishing paint so that it inhibits release or denaturation by the difference of the contraction percentage. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the pattern painting powder comprises the steps of: (i) with fixing the rim of a base paper wherein release-assistant agent is coated on a square frame, unfolding the base paper flatly; (ii) coating talcum powder, paint and dilution material on the surface of the base paper at a fixed ratio to keep the thickness for coating at 0.05-0.08mm; and (iii) drying for 24-48 hours to release hard painting material(10) from the base paper and then crushing by a crusher thinly.
