Summary:PURPOSE: A method for establishing transmission to a mobile station via a radio network is provided to obtain an enhanced mobile body cell reception scenario for a service dependent direct retrial. CONSTITUTION: In the method for establishing transmission to a mobile station in a cellular radio communication system, first, a mobile switching center(MSC) receives a signal to start a call, and informs a network information about a paging message. Next, the paging message is supplied to the mobile station(MS). The display of a radio service request condition is served together with the paging message. Thus, it is required to measure only a cell satisfying a radio service request condition to decide which cell is to be used. Accordingly, the paging signal can directly or indirectly provide the display of the radio service request, thereby optimizing the call terminated in the mobile station(MS)
