Summary:PURPOSE: Provided is an expandable stent for anti-movement, which is inserted and fixed in a stricture portion of a lumen strongly, therefore, the expandable stent dose not move easily. CONSTITUTION: The expandable stent(1) comprises: a spiral section(3) to wind filaments into spirals, which forms a cylindrical shape having a fixed diameter; a zigzag section(5) to wind filaments into a zigzag shape, which has an extended diameter from the end of the spiral section(3) and forms a cylindrical shape and prevents the spiral section(3) from moving from the lumen(100); an anti-movement section(7) protruded from the end of the zigzag section(5), which prevents the zigzag section(5) inserted into the lumen(100) from moving from the lumen(100).
