PURPOSE: A device for electronic commerce using a point auction is provided to maximize a user's bonus point, cyber money satisfaction rate and the utilization rate by enabling the user to receive a predetermined amount of loan and to reimburse the loan with the cyber money. CONSTITUTION: A device for electronic commerce using point auction is composed of transmission, storage, and management. A web server(100) transmits the mileage service data, such as the cyber money, the bonus point, and the event, through the internet(140). A member information DB(110) stores the user's information and transmits the data to the web server when needed. A service manager(130) manages the bonus point, the cyber money, and the event product's mileage service that are provided by the member and the member companies by using the user information and the member company information that are stored in the member information DB and the member company information DB(120). A new user, who uses the user PC(170), receives an account number in order to dutifully possess one's service transaction account.
