Summary: | PURPOSE: A sensing system of an automatic welder is provided to control a process of a crawler by quickly and exactly recognizing a relative posture and a distance between the crawler and each structure. CONSTITUTION: A CCD camera(50) and a laser scan sensor(60) generate a signal sensing a structure(4) around a crawler(20). A central processing unit(70) exactly recognizes the position of the crawler by processing the sensing signal. The central processing unit precisely controls the drive amount of all kinds of drive devices such as a servo motor installed in the crawler. Then, the central processing unit exactly moves the crawler to a target point. |
