Summary:PURPOSE: Dendrimers and highly branched polyurethanes, method for preparation thereof using easily obtainable raw materials and their use are provided which can be obtained in a simple manner by controlling the selective formation of polymers. CONSTITUTION: In the process of manufacturing dendrimers and highly branched polyurethanes by the reaction of diisocyanate and (or) polyisocyanate with a compound containing isocyanate and two or more reactive groups, one or more reactants contain a functional group having a different reactivity as compared with different reactants and the reaction condition is selected in such a manner that only a specified reactive group is reacted each other in each reaction stage. 디이소시아네이트 및(또는) 폴리이소시아네이트를 이소시아네이트와 반응성인 2 개 이상의 기를 함유하는 화합물과 반응시켜 수지상 또는 고도로 분지된 폴리우레탄을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 하나 이상의 반응물이 다른 반응물과 비교하여 상이한 반응성을 갖는 관능기를 함유하고, 반응 조건은 각 반응 단계에서 단지 특정 반응성기만이 서로 반응하도록 선택된다.
