Summary: | PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing fertilizer using coal ash is provided to reuse coal ash and amino acid slop, which are industrial wastes, as fertilizer through a simple process, to provide an excellent fertilizing effect and soil condition improving effect, and to use as substitute for sawdust in excellent water absorption capacity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing fertilizer using coal ash includes the steps of mixing coal ash of 60-70% by weight and amino acid slop of 30-40% by weight in a mixer, stirring the mixture in a stirrer in high speed for 1-3 minutes and passing the stirred mixture through a cylindrical drier (2) of the internal temperature of 100-200°C, in which a bucket blade (1) having the thickness of 10-50cm is disposed. While passing through the cylindrical drier, the mixture is automatically formed into a granular structure. |
