Summary:PURPOSE: A producing method of potato stalk sapling grown up from a cutting for solution culture and a culture solution composition therefor are provided which produces a sapling by supplying a particular composition of nutrient solution without pollution, secures a large quantities of saplings in a short time, and obtains a good effect of increased yield. CONSTITUTION: A composition of nutrient solution for producing potato stalk sapling grown up from a cutting is composed of NH4NO3, KNO3, KH2PO4, CaCl2. 2H2O, MgSO4. 7H2O as mass elements and Fe-EDTA, H3BO3, MsSO4, MsSO4. 4H2O, ZnSO4. 7H2O, CuSO4. 5H2O, (NH4)6Mo7O24 as trace elements. A producing method of potato stalk sapling grown up from a cutting is composed of the following steps; culturing 3-4 centimeters of sapling by supplying water without the nutrition solution for 5 days after examination of virus; culturing by supplying the nutrient solution; gathering a cultured sapling after 10 days; planting a cutting with the cultured sapling; culturing the sapling grown up from the cutting and a remaining stalk sapling by supplying water without the nutrition solution for 5 days; culturing by supplying the nutrient solution; and gathering the sapling after 15 days. 본 발명은 양액재배를 위한 감자 줄기꺾꽂이묘 생산방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 조직배양으로 생산된 감자 줄기를 상토에 옮겨 오염 없이 대량 급속 증식할 수 있는 감자 줄기꺾꽂이묘 생산방법 및 이에 사용되는 배양액 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의해 제공되는 감자 줄기꺾꽂이묘는 양액재배 결과 분무경에서 주당 44.8개로, 조직배양묘(31.4개)나 인공씨감자(28.2개)의 분무경 양액재배시 보다 143~159% 증수되었고, 배지경에서 평당 349개로 조직배양묘(246개)의 배지경 양액재배시 보다 142% 증수되었다.
