Summary:PURPOSE: A clutch disk is provided to elevate shock absorbing performance by compressing action of a spring for a main damper by improving the structure of a stopper and by making strengthening the rotational stroke of a clutch plate. CONSTITUTION: A retaining plate(20) having legs(21) is carburized and thermally oxidized by heating with high frequency the lower end of the legs. The lower end of the leg is inserted to a fixing hole(32) formed on a cushion plate(30) and riveted on the cushion plate by pressurizing. The lower end of the leg is riveted on the cushion plate without damage by pressurizing. A clutch plate(10) is installed between the retaining plate and the cushion plate thus the vertical part of the curved part of the leg is placed in the position corresponding to the end of a clearance groove(11).
