PURPOSE: A method for inquiring the circuit group is provided to see the state information of the extra-office as well as the state information of the intra-office, to recovery the circuit state by a force recovery message and to effectively manage the circuit group. CONSTITUTION: A method for inquiring the circuit group is as follows. An inquiry message is inputted to A MMP(Man Machine Processor)(2) using MMC(Man Machine Communication) command. The MMP(2) transfers the inquiry command of the circuit state to an intra-office exchanger(4). The intra-office exchanger(4) carries the range of circuit to be inquire on the inquiry message of circuit state and transfers the inquiry message of circuit state to the extra-office exchanger(6). The extra-office exchanger(6) carries the circuit state in the range of requested inquiry on the inquiry response message of circuit state and transfers the inquiry response message of circuit state to the intra-office exchanger(4). The intra-office exchanger(4) compares the circuit state of intra-office(yyy) with the circuit state of extra-office(qqq) and compares the circuit state of extra-office had in intra-office(zzz) with the circuit state of intra-office had in extra-office(ppp). If the state information of circuit are equal, the circuit state is outputted to MMP(2). If the state information of circuit are not equal, compulsion recovery message is sent to the extra-office exchanger(6). The intra-office exchanger(4) displays the state change. Accordingly, the user confirms the state of circuit group to be inquired on the MMP monitor. 본 발명에서는 대국으로 회선의 상태를 조회하고, 그에 대한 응답을 주는 메시지를 추가하고, 회선의 상태가 불일치하는 경우에는 자국의 상태를 기준으로 강제적으로 일치시켜주는 방식을 사용한다. 또한 출력되어지는 조회결과를 보고 어떤 회선이 어떤 상태로 있고, 불일치 상태였던 회선은 어떤 불일치 상태였는지 파악할 수 있게 한다.
