PURPOSE: A dust collecting plate and a dust collector for air cleaning are provided which protect an electric circuit and electric transformer of a high pressure-generator and strengthen an air cleaning function. CONSTITUTION: In a dust collector comprising an air blower fan (50) and a filter (40), it comprises a current supplying part (10) for supplying a constant current and cutting off the electric supply when an excess current flows, a high-pressure generator (20), and a dust collecting part for applying high pressure of the high pressure generator to a plurality of dust collecting plates and absorbing impurities of air that passed through a filter. The dust collector prevents loss of the high pressure generator and sterilizes air.
