Summary:PURPOSE: A tube for saving a life is provided, which expands rapidly. CONSTITUTION: In rescue, a rescuer pushes a button (21) which operates an open/close valve(65) to unlock an open/close valve locker (22) locked to the locker groove (32) of the button, and throws the compact tube to the man in the water. The open/close valve (65) is unfixed and is gone toward inside of the compressed gas storing box (20) by the restoring force of an open/close valve spring (23) set inside of the compressed gas storing box (20) and the untying force of a mechanical spring (55) linked with the open/close valve (65). The gas ejection holes (40) set in the middle of the open/close valve (65) is positioned inside and outside of the compressed gas storing box (20), and the highly compressed gas (30) which is stored at the compressed gas storing box (20) is ejected. The ejected highly compressed gas (30) expands the compact tube (10).
