Summary:PURPOSE: Apparatus for training of physical strength is provided which the people can take an exercise as actual environment, enjoying their selves a game by selecting the wanted character and course for taking a walk and the quantity of exercise can be measured exactly. Further, a method for training a physical strength by using the above apparatus is provided. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a display means for displaying a surrounding environment such as course for taking a walk and a property information about an apparatus for training of physical strength; a selection means for selecting the surrounding environment and the property information displayed in display means; a sensing means for sensing the velocity of a wheel and/or a footboard installed in the apparatus and a control means for controlling the sensing value sensed in sensing means and the display information displayed in display means.
