CONSTITUTION: A method to provide for increased expression of a gene in a cell comprises linking a (AATT)n repeat element to a heterologous promoter which is in operable linkage with gene. 본 발명은 그 고유 특이성은 변화시키지 않으면서 이종성 프로모터 구성체에서 시스 요소의 활성을 증가시키는 신규의 전자 인핸서 요소인 (AATT)를 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 (AATT)반복 요소에 특이적으로 결합하는 전사 인자인 PABF 및 그 사용 방법을 제공한다.
