PURPOSE: A method is provided for cable connecting arrangement for an electrical connector, which can construct. CONSTITUTION: The cable connecting arrangement of cable connector has a number of ground terminals and signal terminals. The terminal can be connected the ground cable to the terminal. Ground plates (32) are formed on the grounding member (30) so that these ground plates (32) protrude from one edge of the ground member (30). The ground plates (32) and inner insulators (110) are offset from each other by approximately one half pitch.
