PURPOSE: Preparation of a fire hose is provided to prevent a textile unit from being contacted with water by coating the inner and outer circumference of a fire hose and to easily manage the fire hose. CONSTITUTION: A fire hose is prepared by the steps of: painting an adhesive agent on the inner circumference of a textile unit having a specific diameter; adhering a first coating tube to the inner circumference of the textile unit by ventilating compressed air to the inside of the first coating tube after inserting the first coating tube into the textile unit; turning the textile unit having the first coating tube on its inner circumference inside out; punching several holes in the first coating tube and the textile unit with a punch; painting the adhesive agent on the inner circumference of the textile unit; and adhering a second coating tube to the inner circumference of the textile unit by ventilating the compressed air to the inside of the second coating tube after inserting the second coating tube into the textile unit. 본 발명은 소방호스의 제조방법, 그 장치 및 소방호스에 관한 것으로서, 이 소방호스의 제조방법은 소정직경을 갖고 직조된 직물부의 내주면에 접착제를 도포하는 단계와; 내주면에 접착제가 도포된 직물부의 내측에 소정직경을 갖는 제 1코팅튜브를 삽입한 후 소정온도와 압력을 갖는 압축공기를 상기 제 1코팅튜브의 내측에 송풍하여 직물부의 내주면에 제 1코팅튜브를 접착하는 단계와; 내주면에 제 1코팅튜브가 접착된 직물부를 뒤집는 단계와; 뒤집혀진 제 1코팅튜브 및 직물부에 천공장치를 사용하여 다수개의 통공을 천공하는 단계와; 뒤집혀진 직물부의 내주면에 재차 접착제를 도포하는 단계와; 뒤집혀진 직물부의 내측에 소정직경을 갖는 제 2코팅튜브를 삽입한 후 소정온도와 압력을 갖는 압축공기를 상기 제 2코팅튜브의 내측에 송풍하여 뒤집혀진 직물부의 내주면에 제 2코팅튜브를 접착하는 단계로 구성된다.
