Summary:PURPOSE: An offset printing method is provided to use for products such as an exit mark, a fire extinguisher, a fire alarm, a safety mark, a night advertisement board, and a sticker for a vehicle by making the shape and colors of the product to be easily seen at night place. CONSTITUTION: An offset printing is completed by printing cut-off white screen on a hologram raw material, printing screen by compounding fluorescent pigment and soft transparent ink, plating with gold foil to make neat the rim line, and treating with epoxy to give cubic effect to each sticker. The fluorescent pigment is better than ZnS group so that the remaining time of the visible light remaining time in the dark place of the fluorescent pigment is over 20 hours. Thereby, the original function of the fluorescent pigment is displayed when for safety marks or advertisement objects. 본 발명은 Fluorescent Pigment(축광,야광)위에 옵셋 인쇄를 결합하여 스티커를 제작하였다.어두운 곳에서는 그림의 형태나 색상을 정확히 볼 수 없었다. Fluorescent Pigment(축광안료)위에 C.M.Y. Color의 배합으로 옵셋인쇄를 하여 어두운 곳에서도 농도를 적당한 배합으로 옵셋인쇄를 하여 어두운 곳에서도 그림의 형태나 색상을 밝을 때와 동일하게 볼 수 있다. 또한 Fluorescent Pigment는 ZnS계에 비해 탁월하여 암실에서의 인식가능한 잔광시간이 20시간 이상이므로 전기스위치에 부착할 시 어두운 곳에서 위치인식표시의 용도로 사용할 수 있다.
