CONSTITUTION: The invention discloses circular and replicating DNA molecules, useful in gene therapy, as well as a particularly efficient method for generating them in situ from a viral vector. Herein, the viral vector is surrounded by two sequences being located toward a direct orientation and includes the DNA area including at least one reproduction origin and one corresponding gene. 본 발명은 유전자 요법에 유용한 환상의 복제성 DNA 분자, 및 이를 바이러스 벡터로부터 그 자리에서 생성시키기에 특히 효율적인 방법에 대하여 개시한다.
