Summary: | PURPOSE: A fuel injection system is provided to generate structurally an efficient injection stopping for a certain period and to reduce the amount of fuel injection for lowering the pressure rising of a fuel chamber even in case of being not effected from a valve. CONSTITUTION: The invention relates to a fuel injection system having a fuel injection pump, the high-pressure delivery of which is determined by an electrically operated valve (24) which controls a discharge channel (21). The high-pressure delivery phase is determined by closing this valve (24). In order to carry out an injection, sub-divided into a pre-injection and a main injection, and in order to simplify control of the electrically operated valve (24), the cam (5) driving the pump piston (1) is so designed as to create an area in which the pump piston (1), in order to interrupt injection between pre-injection and main injection, maintains the position attained, moves backward, or moves forward more slowly, and the valve (24) is controlled in such a way that, at low rotational speed, the pump working area (10) is closed when the pump piston (1) is in front of the beginning of the cam area (V) preceding the area (P), and open when the pump piston (1) is in the cam area (V), and is closed again at the beginning of the cam area (H) following the area (P), before being opened again in order to complete injection; whereas at high rotational speed the first closing of the valve (24) per delivery stroke takes place in the area (P) without prior pre-injection.
연료분사펌프를 구비한 연료분사시스템이 추천되어있는데, 그 연료분사펌프의 고압토출은 배출유로(30)를 제어하는 전기 제어밸브(24)에 의해 결정되고 이 밸브의 폐쇄에 의해 고압토출 시기가 결정된다. 예비분사와 주 분사로 분할된 분사를 수행하기 위해 또한 전기 제어밸브의 제어를 단순화 하기 위해, 펌프피스톤(1)을 구동하는 캠(5)은, 이 캠이 예비분사와 주 분사 사이의 분사중단을 위해 펌프피스톤이 그 도달된 위치에 머물고, 역행하거나 또는 서서히 전진하는 영역(P)을 갖도록 형성되어있고, 밸브는, 낮은 회전수에 있어 펌프피스톤이 영역(P)에 선행하는 캠영역(V)의 개시 전에 존재할 때에는 폐쇄되고, 펌프피스톤이 아직 영역(V)에 있을 때 개방되고, 영역(P)에 후속하는 캠개시 영역(H)의 앞에서는 다시 폐쇄되고, 이어서 분사밸브의 완료를 위해 다시 개방되며, 한편 높은 회전속도에서 매 토출행정당 밸브(24)의 제 1 폐쇄가 선행 예비분사 없이 영역(P)에서 행해진다. |
