PURPOSE: An internal voltage converter is provided to prevent noise. CONSTITUTION: The internal voltage converter includes a voltage divider(401), a comparator(403) and a pull-up unit(405). The voltage divider is connected to an output terminal from which an internal voltage is output, determine the level of the internal voltage, and outputs a dividing voltage by dividing the internal voltage. The comparator compares the output of the voltage divider and a reference voltage. The pull-up unit is connected to the output terminal from which the internal voltage is output and pulls up the output terminal in response to the output of the comparator.
