CONSTITUTION: The invention relates to new pyridocarbazole derivatives having highly selective cGMP-phosphodiesterase inhibiting activity, producing methods thereof, effective preventive and therapeutic agents for diseases to which cGMP-PDE inhibiting activities are effective, hypertension or ischemitic heart failure, containing at least one of the derivatives as effective component and effective, and intermediates useful for producing pyridocarbazole derivatives. 본 발명은 고선택적 사이클릭 GMP-포스포디에스테라제(이하, cGMP-PDE로 약칭함) 저해작용을 가진 신규한 피리도카르바졸 유도체, 이들의 제조방법, 이 유도체 중 적어도 한가지를 유효성분으로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폐고혈압증, 허혈성 심질환, 또는 cGMP-PDE 저해작용이 효과적인 질환의 예방 및/또는 치료제, 및 피리도카르바졸 유도체를 제조하기 위해 유용한 중간제에 관한 것이다.
