Summary: | PURPOSE: A method for regulating a metabolism is provided to introduce or to inhibit the enzymes trehalose phosphate synthase (TPS) being capable of forming T-6-P and trehalose phosphate phosphatase (TPP) which degrades T-6-P into trehalose. CONSTITUTION: The invention lies in the field of regulation of carbon flow in the metabolism of the cell. It has been found that induction of a change in the intracellular availability of the saccharide trehalose-phosphate (T-6-P) induces modifications of the development and/or composition of cells, tissue and organs in vivo. These changes can be induced by introducing or inhibiting the enzymes trehalose phosphate synthase (TPS) which is capable of forming T-6-P and trehalose phosphate phosphatase (TPP) which degrades T-6-P into trehalose. The carbon flow through the glycolysis will be stimulated by a decrease in the intracellular level of T-6-P.
본 발명은 세포 대사에서 탄소 흐름의 조절 분야에 관한 것이다. 세포내 사카라이드 트레할로스-6-포스페이트 (T-6-P)의 이용성에서의 변화를 유도하면 생체내 세포, 조직 및 기관의 발생 및(또는) 조성의 변경이 유도된다는 것을 발견하였다. 이러한 변화는 T-6-P를 형성할 수 있는 효소인 트레할로스 포스페이트 신타제 (TPS) 및 T-6-P를 트레할로스로 분해하는 트레할로스 포스페이트 포스파타제 (TPP)를 도입하거나 억제함으로써 유도될 수 있다. 해당 작용을 통한 탄소의 흐름은 T-6-P의 세포내 수준의 감소에 의하여 촉진된다. |
