Summary:PURPOSE: An absorbent material having improved structural stability in the dry and wet states is provided, which is not subject to shifting of the absorbent gelling particles during or after swelling by fluids. Also provided are a manufacturing method of the absorbent materials, and the absorbent products comprising the absorbent materials. CONSTITUTION: The absorbent material is comprised of:(a) absorbent gelling particles comprising a water-insoluble absorbent hydrogel-forming polymer(WAHP; 50-90wt.%); (b) a polycationic polymer bonded to the absorbent gelling particles at the surface thereof(0.1-10wt.%); (c) glue microfibers dispersed in the absorbent gelling particles(1-10wt.%); and (d) a carrier layer bonded to the absorbent gelling particles through the glue microfibers(5-50wt.%); which is manufactured by apparatus of drawing 1. 본 발명은 건조 및 습윤 상태에서 실질적으로 개선된 구조 안정성을 갖는 흡수 물질에 관한 것이다. 흡수 물질은 제조 조작동안 흡수 겔화 입자의 취급 손실에 상당히 덜 영향받는다. 흡수 물질은 또한 유체에 의한 팽윤 동안 또는 팽윤 후에 흡수 겔화 입자를 이동시키지 않는다. 흡수 물질은 (a) 수불용성 흡수 하이드로겔-형성 중합체; (b) 이의 표면에서 흡수 겔화 입자에 결합된 다가 양이온성 중합체; (c) 흡수 겔화 입자에 분산된 아교 미세섬유; 및 (d) 아교 미세섬유를 통해 흡수 겔화 입자에 결합된 담체층을 포함하는 흡수 겔화 입자를 포함한다. 본 발명은 또한 흡수 물질의 제조 방법, 및 흡수 물질을 포함한 흡수 제품에 관한 것이다.
