Summary: | PURPOSE: A laminated optical disc fabrication method and apparatus are provided to stably fabricate a high quality optical disc by controlling various conditions according to the thickness of an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive layer (AS) is formed between a first substrate (6) and a second substrate (9) and the first substrate (6) and the second substrate (9) are joined to manufacture a disc (OD). Various conditions such as the temperature (T) are controlled in accordance with the thickness (.Dgr.D) of the adhesive layer of the manufactured optical disc to vary the viscosity (.ngr.) of the adhesive (PP) depending on the respective processes. High quality optical discs can be stably manufactured and, further, the operation efficiency of a manufacturing apparatus can be improved. The laminated optical disc (OD) whose adhesive layer (AS) is free from voids can be stably manufactured.
제1기판(6)과 제2기판(9) 사이에, 접착층(AS)을 형성하여 제1기판(6)과 제2기판(9)을 접착하여 디스크(OD)를 제작하는 경우에, 제조된 광디스크의 접착층 두께(△D)에 따라서, 온도(T)를 위시한 제조건을 제어하여 접착제(PP)의 점도(ν)를 각 공정에 맞추어 변화시킴에 따라서, 고품질의 디스크를 안정하게 제작할 수 있고, 또, 제조장치의 운전효율을 향상할 수 있다. 접착형 광디스크(OD)에 있어서, 접착층(AS)속으로 기포가 섞여들어가는 일이 없는 광디스크를 안정하여 제조할 수 있도록 한다. |
