Summary:PURPOSE: An internet phone is provided to call only by an internet line by using a mobile phone service network previously installed, and not by passing a phone line by a mobile phone in a computer. CONSTITUTION: The internet phone contains; a switching server to store the IP address of the personal computers(214) allocated a registration number by registering in a service system, and to check the on/off state of the personal computer; a personal computer server to be allocated an inherent IP address, to installed at least more than one or plural base stations to each base station to communicate with a mobile phone, to convert a CDMA data to an international standard protocol data, and to transfer the transmitted international standard protocol data to the base station by converting to the audio or the CDMA data.
