PURPOSE: A closed circuit monitoring device is provided to eliminate image degradation generated in A/D or D/A conversion by digital processing all processes from the image signal recording to regeneration of the image. CONSTITUTION: The closed circuit monitoring device comprises: an analog/digital converter(230) converting analog image signals being outputted from a camera converting monitoring state into image signals into digital image signals; memories(301,302) storing the digital converted image signals; an additional information generator(302) generating additional information about the input image signals; recording units(305,306) respectively recording the digital signals stored in the memories and the additional information into the inclined track and linear track of recording medium; and regeneration units(308,310) searching and regenerating the digital signals. 폐쇄 회로 카메라에서 취득한 영상을 기록하고 재생하는 폐쇄회로 감시장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 폐쇄회로 카메라에서 취득한 영상 신호를 기록하고 화면에 재생하기까지의 전 과정을 디지털 방식으로 처리함으로써, 아날로그에서 디지털로 다시 디지털에서 아날로그로 신호 변환시 발생했던 화질 열화를 없앨 수 있고, 또한 영상 신호에 대한 부가 정보를 테이프의 리니어 트랙에 기록한 후 주변 장치 특히, PC를 통해 고배속으로 부가 정보를 재생한 후 원하는 정보를 선택함에 의해 원하는 경사 트랙의 위치를 고속으로 찾아가 디지털 영상 신호를 재생함으로써, 고속 탐색 기능을 구현할 수 있다. 그리고, 현재 입력되는 영상 신호와 바로 이전의 영상 신호가 차이가 있는 경우에만 디지털 영상 신호를 기록하도록 제어함으로써, 테이프의 사용 시간을 늘릴 수 있다.
