Summary: | The present invention relates to small octopus seafood pajeon (green-onion pancake) and a manufacturing method thereof, and in particular, to: small octopus seafood pajeon which has improved the flavor of small octopus while foreign substances are removed by washing the small octopus with mixed powder containing red ginseng skin and pine needle powder, and has improved the taste and texture of pajeon manufactured by immersing the small octopus in mixed oil containing green onion oil and including the same; and a manufacturing method thereof.
본 발명은 낙지 해물 파전 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로써, 특히 낙지를 홍삼박 및 솔잎 분말이 포함된 혼합 분말로 세척하여 이물질 제거와 동시에 풍미를 개선시켰으며, 파기름을 포함하는 혼합 오일에 낙지를 침지시켜 이를 포함하여 제조되는 파전의 맛과 식감을 모두 개선한 낙지 해물 파전 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. |
