Summary:The present invention relates to an automatic control method of a wastewater treatment process for removing heavy metals in wastewater, and more specifically, to a method for precipitating and separating heavy metals by adding a solidifying agent to wastewater containing heavy metals to solidify the same and adding a coagulant to coagulate the same. In an automatic control method for treating wastewater containing heavy metals, the electrical conductivity is measured in each of a solid reaction tank and a coagulation reaction tank of influent wastewater. Based on the fact that the concentration of heavy metals under the influent water is in direct proportion to the electrical conductivity, a solidifying agent and a coagulant are added in proportion to the concentration of heavy metal ions in the influent water. In addition, the present invention measures the redox potential in the solid reaction tank so that due to the heavy metal solidification reaction as a reduction reaction, an ORP measurement value changes from (+) to (-). The present invention measures the turbidity of precipitated treated water by installing a turbidity meter in a sedimentation tank. The concentration of heavy metal solids, not having become sludge, increases in proportion to the measured turbidity. Therefore, the efficiency of precipitation and separation of heavy metal solids can be identified. 본 발명은 폐수 내의 중금속을 제거하기 위한 폐수처리공정에 있어서 자동제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 중금속을 포함하는 폐수에 고형제를 투입하여 고형화하고, 응집제를 투입하여 응집시킴으로써 중금속을 침전시켜서 분리하는 방법이다. 중금속을 포함하는 폐수처리 자동제어공법에 있어서, 폐수의 유입수의 고형반응조와 응집반응조에서 각각 전기전도도를 측정하도록 한다. 유입수의 수중 중금속농도와 전기전도도가 정비례한다는 사실에 착안한 것으로서, 이를 통해서 유입수의 중금속 이온농도에 비하여 고형제와 응집제를 투입한다. 또한 본 발명은 고형반응조에서 산화환원전위를 측정함으로써, 중금속 고형화 반응은 환원반응으로서, ORP측정값이 (+)에서 (-)로 전환되게 된다. 본 발명은 침전조에 구비된 탁도계가 설치되어서 침전된 처리수의 탁도를 측정한다. 슬러지화되지 않은 중금속 고형물 농도는 측정된 탁도에 비례하여 증가한다. 이를 통해서 중금속 고형물의 침전분리의 효율을 확인할 수 있다.
