Summary:The present invention relates to an inter-floor blocking system in case of a fire in an apartment building and, more specifically, to an inter-floor blocking system in case of a fire in an apartment building that is improved so that: a management server that detects a fire in an apartment building can automatically report the fire to a fire station in charge in real time; in addition, a firewall is constructed to prevent flames from rotating at the railing on the outside window side of a veranda to be spread between floors when a fire breaks out; further, a fire is quickly detected through the analysis and judgment of artificial intelligence; primary firefighting is allowed to begin immediately at the initial stage of a fire so that the fire may be suppressed immediately according to the detection result, thereby minimizing fire damage by heat generated during the fire; a fire is blocked in advance to prevent casualties; and continuous management, monitoring, and surveillance are possible through accurate and error-free information transmission and reception even by wireless communications rather than wired communications. 본 발명은 공동주택 화재발생시 층간 차단 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 공동주택의 화재 발생시 이를 감지한 관리서버가 관할 소방서로 실시간으로 자동 신고할 수 있도록 함은 물론, 이와 함께 화재가 발생되었을 때 베란다 외창측 난간대에서 회동되어 층간으로 번지는 화염을 방지하도록 방화벽이 구축되도록 하고, 나아가 인공지능의 분석과 판단을 통해 화재를 신속하게 검출하며, 검출결과에 따라 즉시 진압할 수 있도록 화재시 발생되는 열기에 의해 화재 발생 초기에 즉시 1차 진화가 개시되도록 하여 화재 발생 피해를 최소화할 수 있고, 인명피해가 발생하지 않도록 사전에 차단하며, 유선이 아닌 무선통신으로도 정확하고 오류없는 정보 송수신을 통해 지속적인 관리 감시 감독이 가능하도록 개선된 공동주택 화재발생시 층간 차단 시스템에 관한 것이다.
