Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a deicing material using oyster shells, and more specifically, to a method of manufacturing a deicing material using oyster shells which are environmentally friendly and have excellent snow removal effects using naturally derived calcium chloride. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a deicing material using oyster shells comprises: a step (S1) of removing organic matter from the oyster shells and pulverizing the same to obtain oyster shell powder; a reaction step (S2) of mixing hydrochloric acid with the oyster shell powder to obtain a calcium chloride solution; a step of (S3) adding slaked lime (CaO) to the calcium chloride solution to neutralize the calcium chloride solution; a step of (S4) filtering the neutralized calcium chloride solution to remove sludge in the neutralized calcium chloride solution; a step of (S5) adding any one hydroxide selected from alkali metal hydroxide and alkaline earth metal hydroxide to the calcium chloride solution from which the sludge has been removed; and a step of (S6) filtering the calcium chloride solution to which the hydroxide has been added to remove solids in the calcium chloride solution.
본 발명은 굴 패각을 이용한 제설제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 자연유래 염화칼슘을 이용하여 친환경적이며 우수한 제설효과를 가지는 굴 패각을 이용한 제설제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 굴 패각을 이용한 제설제의 제조방법은 (S1) 굴 패각의 유기물을 제거하고 분쇄시켜 굴 패각 분말을 수득하는 단계; (S2) 상기 굴 패각 분말에 염산을 혼합하여 염화칼슘 용액을 수득하는 반응단계; (S3) 상기 염화칼슘 용액에 소석회(CaO)를 투입하여 상기 염화칼슘 용액을 중화시키는 단계; (S4) 상기 중화된 염화칼슘 용액을 여과하여 상기 중화된 염화칼슘 용액 중의 슬러지를 제거하는 단계; (S5) 상기 슬러지가 제거된 염화칼슘 용액에 알칼리금속수산화물 및 알칼리토금속수산화물 중 선택된 어느 하나의 수산화물을 첨가하는 단계; 및 (S6) 상기 수산화물이 첨가된 염화칼슘 용액을 여과하여 상기 염화칼슘 용액 중의 고형물를 제거하는 단계;를 포함한다. |
