In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, a learning model recommendation apparatus, which is provided to recommend a learning model calculated by machine learning or deep learning in accordance with a request of a requestor, includes: a receiving module receiving the request of the requestor and a calculation condition of a target learning model which is a learning model requested by the requestor; a storage module in which a stored learning model which is a preciously generated learning model is stored; a similarity determination module determining similarity between the target learning model and the stored learning model through a predetermined similarity determination method using the calculation condition of the target learning model; a recommending module calculating a learning model satisfying a predetermined recommendation condition as a recommended learning model among stored learning models stored in the storage module based on the similarity; and an interface module calculating an interface for the requestor to check and download the recommended learning model.
