The present invention relates to an epoxy flooring material for a special paint with antibacterial and multifunctional properties, which has excellent water resistance and adhesive force and has multifunctional properties such as an antibacterial function, and a flooring method using the same. For the epoxy flooring material, a first main agent is prepared by mixing 15 to 50 parts by weight of a first epoxy resin having an epoxy resin equivalent weight of 450 to 500 [g/eq], 10 to 40 parts by weight of a second epoxy resin having an epoxy resin equivalent weight of 184 to 190 [g/eq], 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of an epoxy reactive diluent having an epoxy resin equivalent weight of 275 to 300, 2 to 30 parts by weight of a solvent, 20 to 70 parts by weight of a filler, 1 to 10 parts by weight of an antibacterial agent as a first additive, 1 to 10 parts by weight of anion powder as a second additive, and 1 to 10 parts by weight of tourmaline as a third additive, and a first curing agent is prepared by mixing 5 to 20 parts by weight of an epoxy resin curing agent having an active hydrogen equivalent weight of 235 to 265 [g/eq], 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a viscosity modifier, 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of talc as a pillar, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a curing accelerator having an active hydrogen equivalent weight of 10 to 20 [g/eq], 0.2 to 2 parts by weight of an antibacterial agent as a first additive, 0.2 to 2 parts by weight of anion powder as a second additive, and 0.2 to 2 parts by weight of tourmaline as a third additive. The epoxy flooring material is obtained by mixing the first main agent and the first curing agent at a weight ratio of 4 to 6:1. 본 발명의 목적은, 내수성 및 접착력이 우수하고 항균 기능과 같은 다기능 특성을 갖는 높은 항균성 및 다기능성을 보유한 특수도료용 에폭시 바닥제에 관한 것으로, 에폭시 수지 당량이 450 ~ 500 [g/eq]인 제1 에폭시 수지 15 ~ 50 중량부와, 에폭시 수지 당량이 184 ~ 190 [g/eq]인 제2 에폭시 수지 10 ~ 40 중량부와, 에폭시 수지 당량이 275 ~ 300 인 에폭시 반응성 희석제 0.1 ~ 5 중량부와, 용제 2 ~ 30 중량부와, 충전제 20 ~ 70 중량부와, 제1 첨가제로서 항균제 1 ~ 10 중량부와, 제2 첨가제로서 음이온 파우더 1 ~ 10 중량부와, 제3 첨가제로서 토르마린 1 ~ 10 중량부를 혼합하여 제1 주제를 배합하고, 활성 수소 당량이 235 ~ 265 [g/eq]인 에폭시 수지 경화제 5 ~ 20 중량부와, 점도 조절제 0.5 ~ 10 중량부와, 필라로서 탈크 0.1 ~ 10 중량부와, 활성 수소 당량이 10 ~ 20 [g/eq]인 경화 촉진제 0.5 ~ 10 중량부와, 제1 첨가제로서 항균제 0.2 ~ 2 중량부와, 제2 첨가제로서 음이온 파우더 0.2 ~ 2 중량부와, 제3 첨가제로서 토르마린 0.2 ~ 2 중량부를 혼합하여 제1 경화제를 배합하며, 상기 주제와 경화제를 4 ~ 6 : 1 의 무게비로 혼합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
