The present invention relates to an adjusting device for a vehicle seat, which allows a vehicle seat to rotate or move, wherein the adjusting device for a vehicle seat comprises a fixed plate installed on a rail; a disk installed on the upper part of the fixed plate; a rotating plate installed on the seat; a shaft linkage body engaged with the rotating plate and configured to rotate on the fixed plate; and a first lever installed to rotate on the upper side of the rotating plate or the shaft linkage body. Accordingly, the rotating plate and the fixed plate are supported and rotated in surface contact with each other so as to further improve the structural stability is further improved, and the rotation and the back-and-forth movement of the seat are performed individually or simultaneously, thereby further improving the convenience of use. 본 발명은 차량용 좌석이 회전 또는 이동되도록 한 차량용 좌석 조절장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 레일에 설치되는 고정판; 상기 고정판의 상부에 설치되는 디스크; 상기 좌석에 설치되는 회전판; 회전판과 체결되고 상기 고정판에서 회전하도록 형성된 축 연결체; 및 상기 회전판 또는 축 연결체 상측에서 회전하도록 설치되는 제1 레버;를 포함하여 구성됨에 따라, 회전판과 고정판이 서로 면접촉하여 지지 및 회전하게 되므로 구조적으로 안정성이 더욱 향상되고 좌석의 회전과 전후 이동을 개별적으로 또는 동시에 할 수 있게 됨으로써 사용의 편리성이 더욱 향상되는 차량용 좌석 조절장치를 제공하게 된다.
