The present invention relates to a Cedacea lapagei CWL-11 strain, a composition for regulating plant growth comprising the same, and a method for controlling plant growth using the same. The strain and composition according to the present invention can effectively regulate and promote plant growth, and thus, can be used as a growth regulator for various plants. 본 발명은 세데세아 라파제이 (Cedecea lapagei) CWL-11 균주, 이를 포함하는 식물 생장 조절용 조성물, 및 이를 이용한 식물 생장 조절 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 균주 및 조성물은 식물의 생장을 효과적으로 조절 및 촉진할 수 있어, 다양한 식물의 생장 조절제로 사용될 수 있다.
