The present invention relates to a heating bench for providing warmth to a user sitting on a bench. The heating bench is heated to a target temperature only when heat is needed according to preset operating conditions (operating period, operating time, operating temperature). An air gap is formed on an upper side of a heating element and an insulating material is formed on a lower side of the heating element so that heat generated from the heating element is prevented from being unnecessarily lost to the outside and power consumption for heat generation can be reduced. The heating bench with controlled heat depending on the season comprises: a seat plate (100), a seat plate temperature detection sensor (110), a heating part (200), a leg part (300), a detection sensor (400), a power supply part (500), and a control part (600). 본 발명은 벤치에 앉은 사용자에게 따뜻함을 제공하기 위해, 사전 설정된 운영 조건(운영 기간, 운영 시간, 운영 온도)에 따라 발열이 필요한 시점에서만 목표 온도로 발열하도록 하고, 발열체 상측에는 공극을 형성하고 발열체 하측에는 보온재를 형성하여 발열체에서 발열된 열이 외부로 불필요하게 손실되지 않도록 하여 발열을 위한 소비 전력을 줄일 수 있도록 하는 발열 벤치에 관한 것으로, 좌석판(100), 좌석판 온도 감지 센서(110), 가열부(200), 다리부(300), 감지 센서(400), 전원 공급부(500), 제어부(600)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
