The present invention relates to a stock trading system using a chatbot which comprises: a chat service system analyzing, when a user inputs text through a chat app, customer intention for the text and transmitting the analyzed customer intention to a stock trading system of a stock company; and a chatbot system generating, when receiving the customer intention, a response using the stock trading system of a stock company, and transmitting a stock transaction corresponding to the response and a stock transaction result screen to the chat app. The chatbot system constructs sentences in a conversational form when transmitting the stock transaction corresponding to the response and the stock transaction result screen to the chat app. Accordingly, the user can conveniently and safely perform stock account opening, stock trading, transaction history inquiry, balance inquiry, and account transfer through conversation with the chatbot through the chat app without using a stock trading app. 본 발명은 챗봇을 이용한 주식거래 시스템에 관한 것으로, 사용자가 채팅앱을 통해 텍스트를 입력하면, 상기 텍스트에 대한 고객의도를 분석하고, 상기 분석한 고객의도를 증권사의 주식거래 시스템에 전달하는 채팅 서비스 시스템; 및 상기 고객의도를 전달받으면, 증권사의 주식거래 시스템을 이용해 응답을 생성하고, 상기 응답에 대응하는 주식거래와 상기 주식거래 결과 화면을, 상기 채팅앱에 전달하는 챗봇 시스템;을 포함하되, 상기 챗봇 시스템은, 상기 응답에 대응하는 주식거래와 상기 주식거래 결과 화면을, 상기 채팅앱에 전달할 때, 대화체 형태로 문장을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 챗봇을 이용한 주식거래 시스템.을 구성한다.
