A refurbished television (TV) manufacturing method of the present invention comprises: a TV state checking step of activating a self-state checking unit of the defective TV received to check the state of the defective TV; a repair part determination step of determining parts requiring repair for the defective TV, based on the checking results of the self-state checking unit and the checking results of a repairer; a TV repair step of replacing or repairing the parts requiring repair; a TV local setting change step of changing local settings of the defective TV through a local setting control unit; and a sales step of assembling the repaired defective TV after the local settings are changed and selling the same as a refurbished TV.
