Summary:The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for blocking high-energy radiation in a wide range of wavelengths and preventing fine dust, comprising core-shell particles having a coating layer containing nanomaterials. The core of the core-shell particles includes one or more oxides, nitrides, halides, and/or sulfides of one or more elements selected from bismuth (Bi), vanadium (V), hafnium (Hf), barium (Ba), tantalum (Ta), cerium (Ce), and/or tungsten (W) or one or more sulfides. The shell of the core-shell particles includes one or more oxides, nitrides, halides, and/or sulfides of one or more elements selected from titanium (Ti), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), and silicon (Si). The coating layer containing the nanomaterials includes nanomaterials and a coating agent. Therefore, the cosmetic composition can be not only greatly effective in blocking UV-A and UV-B, but also effective in blocking X-rays, and can greatly prevent fine dust. 나노 물질을 포함하는 코팅층으로 표면 개질된 코어-쉘 입자를 포함하는 고에너지선 차단 및 미세먼지 방지용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 코어-쉘 입자의 코어는 비스무트(Bi), 바나듐(V), 하프늄(Hf), 바륨(Ba), 탄탈럼(Ta), 세륨(Ce) 및/또는 텅스텐(W)에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소의 산화물, 질화물, 할라이드 및/또는 황화물을 하나 이상 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 코어-쉘 입자의 쉘은 티타늄(Ti), 아연(Zn), 구리(Cu), 규소(Si)에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소의 산화물, 질화물, 할라이드 및/또는 황화물을 하나 이상 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 나노 물질 코팅층은 나노 물질과 코팅제를 포함하여 이루어지며, UV-A와 UV-B 차단효과가 대단히 우수할 뿐만 아니라, X-선의 차단에도 효과를 보이고 있으며, 동시에 미세 먼지를 방지하는 효과 또한 우수하다.
