The present invention relates to a cellulose acetate-based resin composition, and more specifically, to a cellulose acetate-based resin composition which can be used as a biodegradable cigarette filter. The cellulose acetate-based resin composition of the present invention has excellent mechanical properties and at the same time has excellent decomposability when exposed to the natural environment, thereby being used for purposes such as cigarette filters. To achieve the purpose, the cellulose acetate-based resin composition comprises a continuous phase polymeric matrix comprising cellulose acetate and water-soluble polymers, and particles dispersed in a discontinuous phase within the matrix, wherein the water-soluble polymer is a carboxymethylcellulose-based polymer. 본 발명은 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 계 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더 구체적으로는, 생분해성 담배 필터로 사용될 수 있는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 계 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 계열의 수지 조성물은, 기계적 물성이 우수하면서, 동시에 자연 환경에 노출되었을 때 분해성이 우수하여, 담배 필터 등의 용도로 사용될 수 있다.
