The present invention relates to a user approval system and a method thereof, which improve security by using a QR code. The user approval method comprises: an acquisition step in which a processor extracts member terminal information including a telephone number from a user terminal of a user becoming an individual member or a business member, stores the extracted member terminal information in blockchain storage, and then acquires an encryption key value for the stored member terminal information; an issuing step of combining the acquired encryption key value and a URL to generate a user approval means, and issuing the generated user approval means in a residence, email, or the user terminal of the user; and an approval step of extracting member terminal information corresponding to the encryption key value of the user approval means when an arbitrary user terminal scans or tags the user approval means to attempt connection, and comparing whether the extracted member terminal information and terminal information of the user terminal attempting connection are identical to each other to approve the connection. Whether an object attempting connection is a valid user can be quickly and accurately authenticated, and security can be improved by preventing leakage or illegal use of user information. 본 발명은 QR 코드를 이용하여 보안을 향상시킨 사용자 승인 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 프로세서가, 개인 회원 또는 사업자 회원으로 가입하는 사용자의 사용자 단말로부터 전화번호가 포함된 회원 단말 정보를 추출하고, 추출한 회원 단말 정보를 블록체인 스토리지에 저장한 후 저장된 회원 단말 정보에 대한 암호화 키값을 획득하는 획득 단계와, 획득한 암호화 키값과 URL을 결합하여 사용자 승인 수단을 생성하고, 생성된 사용자 승인 수단을 사용자의 거주지, 이메일 또는 사용자 단말에 발급하는 발급 단계와, 임의의 사용자 단말이 사용자 승인 수단을 스캔 또는 태그하여 접속을 시도하면, 사용자 승인 수단의 암호화 키값에 대응하는 회원 단말 정보를 추출하고, 추출된 회원 단말 정보와 접속을 시도한 사용자 단말의 단말 정보가 일치하는지 비교하여 접속을 승인하는 승인 단계를 구비함으로써, 접속을 시도한 대상이 정당한 사용자인지 신속하고 정확하게 인증할 수 있고, 사용자 정보의 유출이나 도용을 방지하여 보안을 향상시킬 수 있다.
