The present invention relates to Pilates exercise equipment. The Pilates exercise equipment, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a base plate; a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate which are placed on both sides of the base plate, respectively, in the vertical direction; a support which is placed between the base plate, the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate; an upper plate which is placed on an upper part of the support; a first pedal and a second pedal which have one end coupled with the base plate and are rotated with the one end as a rotation shaft; a plurality of springs which are placed between the support and the first pedal and between the support and the second pedal; an elevator which is placed between the base plate and the upper plate and elevates the upper plate; and an elevating controller controlling the elevator.
