Summary:The present invention relates to a processing method for black soldier fly larvae using a steaming process, and according to the present invention, by additionally performing a process of steaming the black soldier fly larvae within a specific temperature and time condition range, when the black soldier fly larvae are powdered, browning is effectively suppressed, post-processing becomes easy, and useful components such as a desired crude protein can be optimized and separated. In addition, according to the processing method of the present invention, the larval shell of black soldier flies expands due to moisture during the steaming process, and the wrinkles of the shell are smoothed out, and thus, a milking process and a powdering process can be performed more smoothly. 본 발명은 증숙 공정을 이용한 동애등에 유충 가공방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따르면, 동애등에 유충을 특정 온도 및 시간 조건 범위 내에서 증숙하는 공정을 추가로 수행함으로써, 분말화 시 갈변 현상을 효과적으로 억제하고, 후처리가 용이하며, 목적하는 조단백질 등 유용 성분을 최적화하여 분리할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 가공방법에 따르면, 증숙 과정에서 수분으로 인해 동애등에 유충 외피가 팽창하여 외피의 주름이 펴짐으로써, 착유 공정 및 분말화 공정이 보다 원활하게 수행될 수 있다.
