Summary:The present invention relates to a CO2 welding tip composed of copper, mounted on the fore-end of a welding torch of a CO2 gas metal arc type welding machine that forms a molten pool using a welding arc generated between base materials by supplying a welding rod at a constant speed, and transmitting welding current to the welding rod to induce a molten pool, comprising: a welding tip body mounted on the welding torch; a welding tip part composed of a tip end part that is sharply inclined to guide the welding rod to the front of the tip body; and a cylindrical hole enlargement preventing ceramic part formed of a ceramic material, contained in a cylindrical recessed part of the welding tip body, and guiding and discharging the welding rod to the center of the welding tip part to prevent the enlargement of a through-hole to the welding rod. As the welding tips are formed in a double structure to be screwed to one another, the life span of the welding tips can be greatly improved by mutually compensating for damage to the welding tips caused by strong physical impact generated during welding. Welding defects caused by failure in welding at the right position due to vibration caused by the enlargement of the through-hole before can be prevented in advance by preventing the through-hole inside from enlarging as the welding rod is sent to the welding tip body. The welding rod is accurately guided forward to reinforce the inner diameter of the through-hole, thereby preventing the hole from being blocked. Welding spatter generated by a welding arc can be prevented from being attached, thereby enabling a welding tip to be used safely for a long time. 본 발명은 일정속도로 용접봉이 공급되어 모재 사이에서 발생되는 용접아크에 의하여 용융풀을 형성하는 CO2 가스메탈아크식 용접기의 용접기토치의 선단에 장착되며, 용접전류를 용접봉에 전송하여 용융풀을 유도하는 구리재질의 CO2 용접팁에 있어서, 용접기토치에 장착되는 용접팁몸통과; 상기 팁몸통의 전방으로 용접봉을 안내하도록 뾰족하게 경사진 팁선단부로 이루어진 용접팁부와; 상기 용접팁몸통의 원통요입부에 내재되어 용접봉을 용접팁부의 정중앙으로 안내하면서 배출시켜 용접봉으로 관통공이 확대되는 것이 방지되도록 세라믹재로 형성된 원통형의 홀확대방지세라믹부로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하여, 용접팁이 상호 나사결합되는 이중구조로 형성되어 용접시 발생되는 강한 물리적인 충격으로 용접팁이 손상되는 것을 상호 보완하여 용접팁의 수명을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있으며, 용접봉이 용접팀몸통으로 송출되면서 그 내측에 관통된 홀이 확대되는 것을 방지하여 종전에 관통공 확대로 흔들림이 발생되어 정위치에 용접하지 못하여 발생되는 용접불량을 미연에 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 용접봉이 전방으로 정확하게 가이드하면서 관통공 내경이 보강되어 홀막힘을 방지할 수 있고, 용접아크로 발생되는 용접스팩터가 부착되는 것이 미연에 방지되어 장시간 용접팁을 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 기술이다.
