The present invention relates to an environmental facility disaster response method based on a code system and a server for implementing the same. The method comprises the steps of: saving disaster information and response manual information; extracting the disaster information matching according to measurement information measured within an environmental facility; and outputting the response manual information for the extracted disaster information. The disaster information includes a disaster situation code assigned to each of a plurality of disaster situations. The response manual information includes a response manual code assigned to each of a plurality of response tasks for each disaster situation code. The response manual information includes a preceding task code for the response manual code. In the step of outputting the response manual information, whether the response task matching the preceding task code has been performed is also output.
