Summary: | The present invention relates to a handy-type finned tube end-cutting device, and, more specifically, to a handy-type finned tube end-cutting device for partially removing a pin from a finned tube so as to prevent rust from forming on a joint of the finned tube inserted into a heat exchanger. To achieve the above purpose, a cutting device for partially removing a pin formed on a finned tube, according to the present invention, comprises: a body portion (10) which is provided with a shaft (11) inserted into the finned tube and provides rotational force; a head portion (20) coupled to one side of the body portion (10), having a cutting tip (22) provided at the end thereof to cut the pin through the rotational force, and having an inner surface formed to surround the shaft (11); and a handle portion (30) which is rotatably coupled to the other side of the body portion (10), has the shaft (11) passed through and coupled to the central portion thereof, is screw-coupled to the shaft (11) and rotates, and controls forward and backward movement of the shaft (11).
본 발명은 핸디형 핀튜브 단부 절삭장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 열교환기에 삽입되는 핀튜브의 이음새 부분에 녹이 발생하지 않도록 핀튜브의 핀을 부분적으로 제거하는 핸디형 핀튜브 단부 절삭장치에 관한 것이다.상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 핀튜브에 형성된 핀을 부분적으로 제거하는 절삭장치에 있어서, 상기 핀튜브 내부로 삽입되는 샤프트(11)가 구비되며, 회전력을 제공하는 몸체부(10); 상기 몸체부(10) 일측에 결합되며, 단부에 상기 회전력을 통하여 상기 핀을 절삭하는 절삭팁(22)이 구비되고, 내면이 상기 샤프트(11)를 둘러싸도록 형성되는 헤드부(20); 및 상기 몸체부(10) 타측에 회전 가능하도록 결합되고, 중심부에 상기 샤프트(11)가 관통 결합하되, 상기 샤프트(11)와 나사결합 되어 회전하며 상기 샤프트(11)의 전후 이동을 조절하는 핸들부(30);를 포함한다. |
