The present invention relates to a wooden pallet automatic compressor. The wooden pallet automatic compressor of the present invention comprises: a base unit; a jig unit provided at a base unit upper side on which a pallet is mounted; a rotation guide which allows the jig unit to rotate from the base unit; a compressing unit provided on both sides of the jig unit in the vertical axis direction of the jig unit; a power unit which supplies an air to the compressing unit when the same contacts the pallet side surface while the compressing unit slides in the vertical axis direction; and an operation unit which slides and moves the compressing unit in the vertical axis direction. The compressing unit drives a nail into the pallet using the air supplied from the power unit.
