Summary:The present invention relates to a cathode drum for electrolytic deposition. The cathode drum for electrolytic deposition includes an inner drum having a cooling unit including a spiral protrusion on the inner side for cooling water flowing inside to evenly circulate, by being connected to a water pipe on the inner side of an outer drum including an electrodeposition surface electrodepositing a plating film on the surface. Therefore, the cathode drum for electrolytic deposition enables the cooling water to be evenly in contact with the whole inner surface of the inner drum and rapidly discharges the cooling water by swirling the cooling water flowing into the spiral protrusion of the cooling unit. So, the cathode drum for electrolytic deposition rapidly lowers the whole temperature of the inner drum and maintains proper temperature of the electrodeposition surface of the outer drum, thereby producing a thin plate of good quality. Moreover, the cathode drum for electrolytic deposition includes a separation and connection unit capable of being separated from and connected to the inner drum. So, the cathode drum for electrolytic deposition can simply control the size of the inner drum and largely reduce a load (weight) applied to a shaft unit by largely reducing the weight of the cooling water flowing into the inner drum. Accordingly, the cathode drum for electrolytic deposition can prolong the life of a device. The cathode drum for electrolytic deposition includes an electrolytic bath, the shaft unit, and a drum. 본 발명은 전해 융착용 음극드럼에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 표면에 도금막을 전착하게 되는 전착면을 구비한 외부드럼의 내측에 수관과 연통되어 유입되는 냉각수가 골고루 순환되도록 내측으로 와류형의 돌기를 구비한 냉각수단을 갖는 내부드럼을 구비하여, 상기 냉각수단의 와류형 돌기로 유입되는 냉각수를 와류시켜 내부드럼의 내측면 전체를 골고루 접촉 및 신속하게 유출되도록 함으로써, 상기 내부드럼의 전체 온도를 신속하게 낮추게 되어 상기 외부드럼의 전착면에 온도를 적정하게 유지시킬 수 있게 되므로 양질의 박막판을 생산하고, 또한 상기 내부드럼에 분리결합이 가능한 분리결합수단을 구비하여 상기 내부드럼의 크기를 간편하게 조절함은 물론, 내부드럼에 유입되는 냉각수의 하중을 크게 줄여 축부에 작용하는 부하(하중)역시 크게 줄 수 있게 되어 장치의 수명을 연장할 수 있는 효과를 제공하게 된다.
