Summary: | The present invention relates to a cathode drum for electrolytic deposition. The cathode drum for electrolytic deposition includes an inner drum having an electrode rod expanding a cooling area and evenly supplying a current to a whole electrodeposition surface for cooling water flowing inside to be evenly dispersed and circulated, by being connected to a water pipe on the inner side of an outer drum including the electrodeposition surface electrodepositing a plating film on the surface. Therefore, the cathode drum for electrolytic deposition cools the electrodeposition surface of the outer drum by lowering the temperature of the inner drum by using the dispersed and circulating cooling water. So, the cathode drum for electrolytic deposition produces a thin plate of good quality by maintaining the temperature necessary for the electrodeposition of a plating film on the electrodeposition surface. Also, the cathode drum for electrolytic deposition includes the cooling water flowing into the cathode drum for the cooling water to flow into only the inner drum, be dispersed, flow out, and circulate. Therefore, the cathode drum for electrolytic deposition can largely reduce the weight of the whole cathode drum by cooling water and a load (weight) applied to a shaft unit. Accordingly, the cathode drum for electrolytic deposition can extend the life of a device. The cathode drum for electrolytic deposition includes an electrolytic bath, the shaft unit, and a drum.
본 발명은 전해 융착용 음극드럼에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 표면에 도금막을 전착하게 되는 전착면을 구비한 외부드럼의 내측에 수관과 연통되어 유입되는 냉각수가 골고루 분산되어 순환되도록 냉각면적을 확장하고 전착면 전체에 균일하게 전류를 공급하는 전극봉을 갖는 내부드럼을 구비하여, 분산 순환되는 냉각수로 내부드럼의 온도를 낮추어 상기 외부드럼의 전착면을 냉각함으로써, 상기 전착면에 도금막 전착에 필요한 온도를 유지시켜 양질의 박막판을 생산하고, 음극드럼으로 유입되는 냉각수가 내부드럼으로만 유입되고 분산 유출되고 순환되도록 구비함으로써, 냉각수에 의한 전체 음극드럼의 하중을 크게 줄일 수 있게 되므로, 축부에 작용하는 부하(하중)역시 크게 줄일 수 있게 되어 장치의 수명을 연장할 수 있는 효과를 제공하게 된다. |
