The present invention provides a separate boarding box on the rear side of a loading box to allow a single worker to install or recover a rubber cone by himself or herself. More specifically, the present invention enables rubber cones to be sequentially loaded in a rubber cone loading unit while the rubber cones are lying during recovery of the rubber cones so that the plurality of rubber cones can be arranged in the overlapped and lying state, and enables the rubber cones to be taken out one by one by pulling a base plate from the rear side of the loading box during installation of the rubber cones so that the separation of the rubber cones can be performed quickly and easily, thereby significantly improving the workability. 본 발명은 상기 적재함의 후방에 탑승함이 별도로 마련되어, 1인 작업자 혼자서도 라바콘을 설치하거나 회수하는 작업을 실시할 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 라바콘을 회수하는 작업시에는 회수된 라바콘을 눕힌 상태로 라바콘 적재부에 순차적으로 적재하여 복수개의 라바콘이 상호 겹쳐지면서 뉘어진 상태로 배열되도록 할 수 있고, 라바콘을 설치하는 작업시에는 상기 적재함의 후방에서 베이스판을 잡아 당겨 라바콘을 하나씩 인출할 수 있도록 하여 라바콘을 분리하는 작업을 신속용이하게 실시할 수 있으므로 작업성이 현저히 우수하다.
