Lighting equipment with a multi-stage reflector independently capable of adjusting angles, according to the present invention, comprises: a base plate which is coupled on a fixed structure; a driving motor which is mounted on the base plate; a first reflector module which is placed to be able to adjust angles while receiving a driving force from the driving motor; and a second reflector module which is placed to be able to adjust angles while coupled with the first reflector module and the base plate to be able to rotate. Light reflected from a light source placed on a rear end of the first and second reflector modules is supplied by being adjusted at various angles through a plurality of reflector mirrors provided in the first and second reflector module, which have angles adjusted in an integration way through the driving of the driving motor. 본 발명에 따른 독립적인 각도조절 가능한 다단 반사판을 갖는 조명기구는, 고정 구조물 상에 결합된 베이스 플레이트; 상기 베이스 플레이트 상에 장착되는 구동 모터; 상기 구동 모터로부터 구동력을 전달받은 상태에서 각도 조절 가능하게 배치되는 제1 반사판 모듈; 및 상기 제1 반사판 모듈과 베이스 플레이트에 회동 가능하게 결합된 상태에서 각도 조절 가능하게 배치되는 제2 반사판 모듈;을 포함하고, 상기 제1,2 반사판 모듈의 후단 상에 배치된 광원으로부터 방사되는 빛은 상기 구동 모터의 작동을 통해 일체적으로 각도 조절되는 제1,2 반사판 모듈에 구비된 복수의 반사판 미러를 통해 다양한 각도로 조절되어져 공급되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
